Cellulose Nitration Line

The composition of the main equipment of the line:

1. Prenitrator homogenizer
2. Nitrator with frame stirrer
3. Bale opener for fibrous materials

1. Prenitrator homogenizer
   The prednitrator is designed for pre-nitration of cellulose up to 80%, homogenization of a mixture of nitrocellulose and acid solution in a continuous cycle of the line.
2. Nitrator with frame stirrer
   The through-type nitrator is designed to complete the process of continuous nitration of cellulose in a mixture of working acids with uniform mixing.
3. Bale opener for fibrous materials
   The bale opener is designed for continuous separation of cellulose material into homogeneous fibers of the required size.
